It's simple to shop around on the Internet, and we encourage you to do so.  We are confident we have the lowest prices available on the high quality equipment we offer.  If you do find an exact item for less, let us know and we will be happy to beat it.  Just send us the url or fax or mail the information to us.  We will do our best to match any advertised price on identical models.  This does not include closeouts, B-stock, or similar models.

Affordable Shipping Charges
We do not add on any handling fees to domestic orders.  We simply charge to same rate we are charged from by the Parcel Carriers.  We have also made agreements with some of our suppliers with nationwide coverage to ship orders directly to our customers.  This often times eliminates the need for costly air charges.  All orders are completely insured and can be sent to any shippable address that is convenient for you.  All orders placed by 3 pm Eastern standard time are shipped the same day.

30 Day Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the equipment purchased you may return it to us for a full refund, excluding shipping costs within 30 days of receiving your purchase.  We do not charge restocking fees on items returned in new condition.  If a blemished or damaged item is returned within the 30 day period we will charge a restocking fee from 20% up to the full purchase amount of the equipment, depending on its condition. Do not use original carton as the return shipping box - double-box all returns. Sorry, shipping charges can not be refunded.

Core Return Policy
Core charges will be billed to your credit card at the time of sale. Order requiring cores returned will be following with e-mailed instructions on how to properly ship the core to us. PartsPalace.COM reserves the right to reject any cores which are not in satisfactory condition. Shipping charges for all core returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Core charges will be refunded 3-4 weeks after receipt and inspection by PartsPalace.COM.

Warranty Replacement
We have carefully selected our suppliers to make sure they offer high quality, technologically advanced products that are backed up by impressive warranties.  We proudly honor all warranties provided by our manufacturers and will replace any defective unit free of charge that is within its warranty period.  This excludes shipping.

Manufacturers warranties vary, though most are for at least 12 months, some offer longer warranties ie. Bosch warranties ignition wire sets for life and Bilstein, Boge, and Sachs shocks/struts for life, etc.

Most manufacturers specify their warranty policies on product insert sheets. Please read this information carefully for additional warranty coverages to which you may be entitled. Be sure to read the limitations that may apply. Don't forget to file the necessary warranty registration forms to protect your rights.

PartsPalace.COM agrees to furnish a replacement for, but not to remove or install any product or component thereof, which upon test and examination by PartsPalace.COM or its authorized agent, proves defective within the warranty period.
